During the recent “Cash for Clunkers” federal stimulus program, which gave auto dealers a financial life line, thanks to the Obama Administration, people have been flocking to and buying new, more fuel efficient cars thanks to a government program that works.

One of those benefiting was Jim Click, with his slew of dealerships in Arizona, especially in Tucson and how does thank the government, by bankrupting its local subsidiaries, in this case, the Tucson City Government as well as the Pima County Government.
